LIMITED WARRANTY: Second Look guarantees the thread, vinyl and workmanship to be defect free, for one year from the date of order. Warranty will be void if skin comes in contact with gas, chemicals or other vinyl preparations than those recommend.

If installed improperly or impatiently, the hook area on tank skins will tear. This is not covered by warranty. Extra hooks can be provided, replaced or added at no charge upon request. Do not use cleaners such as Armor All, 409, Simple Green or other multipurpose, slippery, silicone based preparations.

REQUIRED CARE: Clean with "VINYL FINISH" cleaner only. This product is available from marine stores, marine vinyl suppliers, or from Second Look. Other preparations will void the warrantee of the vinyl.

Vinyl does not bleed, but is not stain proof either. Warranty does not cover stains caused by other items, including but not limited to: fuels, jeans, leathers, bike covers, helmet liners etc. Warranty is void if the foam has been altered or trimmed from the stock OEM seat. SECOND LOOK makes no claim or guarantee that stripes or graphics of the skin will align with your paint scheme, or that vinyl colors “match” paint. Authorized warranty returns will be handled by repair or replacement of the defective part, determined by inspection from Second Look.

RETURNS must be delivered to the place of purchase, within 30 days of invoice. Any attempt to install skins, which result in staple holes or gluing, will not be acceptable for return. An RA
(Return Authorization) number must be obtained prior to returning the merchandise. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice and RA#, or will be refused for return. A restocking fee may apply. Freight and handling are non refundable. All sales are final on special or custom orders. Non-stocked items are not returnable. Any items returned for refund or exchange must be new, unused and in “as purchased” condition, in the original packaging. All returns must be freight pre-paid. Ownership of product transfers at the FOB point, and the customer must make all claims directly to the carrier for damaged or lost items. Insurance is recommended on items returned.
